A Place in the Sun arrives in Calabria: filming starts today and will end on June 19th

To celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the series, the crew of Un posto al Sole from Naples moves to Calabria, on a tour that starts from the fascinating mountains of Sila to arrive at the enchanting sea of ​​the Tyrrhenian coast.

The stages of the tour and the protagonists

From 15 to 19 June, our young protagonists, Rossella (Giorgia Gianetiempo), Nunzio (Vladimir Randazzo) Micaela (Gina Amarante), Samuel (Samuele Cavallo) and Jimmy (Gennaro De Simone) will be first in Camigliatello Silano, then in Scalea, in San Nicola Arcella and in Praia a Mare to film scenes that will make up some of the stories on air starting from mid-July: unique natural beauties and suggestive historical locations in the Calabrian territory will therefore be the setting for the summer events of our characters.

The story of Italy’s longest-running daily drama

The longest-running Italian daily-drama, produced since 1996 at the TV Production Center of Naples, is a Rai Fiction, Fremantle and Rai Production Center production of Naples and is broadcast from Monday to Friday at 8.50pm on Raitre.
