Anas has completed the load tests on the junction at the Altilia-Grimaldi exit, in the province of Cosenza, along the A2 ‘Autostrada del Mediterraneo’, known as “Asta Fuoco”.
The activities, conducted according to the planned investigation plan, made it possible to acquire a complete and updated cognitive picture of the infrastructure. The preliminary results of the tests were positive, confirming the consistency of the behavior of the work with respect to the technical checks in progress.
The data collected will now be subject to processing and further technical analysis, aimed at defining the safety assessment.
The outcome of the activities represents a significant step in the process of verifying and consolidating the reliability conditions of the infrastructure, as part of Anas’ constant commitment to guarantee high standards of safety and functionality of the relevant road network.
