Agreement for the hairdressing contract, 183 euro increase: first tranche 70 euros in May

Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl and Uiltucs have reached an agreement for the renewal of the national contract in the Hairdressing and Beauty, Tattoo, Piercing, Non-Healing Trichology, Wellness Centers areas, applied to over 140 thousand employees of the 60 thousand companies in the sector. The unions made this known with a note underlining that the average increase when fully operational at the third level is 183 euros.

The agreement is valid from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2026. The total wage bill during the term of the contract is equal to 4,369 euros. The first tranche of the salary increase of 70 euros will be paid with the salary for the month of May 2024; This will be followed by another 3 tranches of 50, 43 and 20 euros paid with the salaries of January 2025, January 2026 and October 2026.

To cover the contractual gap period (the agreement expired at the end of 2022), a one-off lump sum of 80 euros will be paid, paid in two installments equal to 40 euros, with the wages for the months of June and July 2024 .
