Yesterday morning, the suspect and the victim had agreed to a meeting inside the Rome Tiburtina railway station to exchange money: when the 37-year-old pocketed 200 euros in cash and a PostePay card as a deposit for the monthly ‘instalment’, the Carabinieri intervened, blocking him . The arrest was validated by the Court which ordered the man to be banned from staying in the municipality of Rome, with immediate removal
