The carabinieri of the Belvedere di Spinello station arrested a man subjected to special surveillance with a signature obligation, for violating the imposed requirements of his prevention measure.
He was required to go to the barracks twice a week to affix his signature on a control register. However, on a recent occasion, he did not show up at the scheduled time and then reached the barracks with over an hour late, evidently disregarding the provisions he was subjected.
After carrying out the investigations of the case, the military proceeded to arrest.
