The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Catanzaro has opened an investigation file to reconstruct the dynamics of the accident which occurred on Sunday afternoon in which Enea, the four-year-old boy accidentally hit by his father during a car manoeuvre, was seriously injured.
The judicial authority ordered the seizure of the vehicle and assumed the crime of negligent injury.
A necessary action aimed at shedding full light on the incident and ascertaining, through the elements collected, the ways in which the impact occurred. The Carabinieri of the Catanzaro Company and the Borgia Station have already carried out photographic and planimetric surveys and carried out checks on the car.
