Bova Marina, a sawn-off shotgun and 150 cartridges in a shed: the owner arrested

The soldiers of the Carabinieri Station of Bova Marina (RC) supported by units of the Heliported Hunters Squadron of Calabria, carried out a search in a warehouse in the area in search of weapons, ammunition and explosive material.

The in-depth searches conducted by the military throughout the affected area have in fact made it possible to find a parallel sawed-off shotgun without serial number, and a notable amount of ammunition amounting to almost 150 cartridges made up of cal. 12, cal. 22 lr and cal. 410 magnums.

The person who had access to the warehouse, without any license to carry or possess weapons, was arrested and made available to the Reggio judicial authorities.
