It is a rigorous action plan that the municipal administration must face to deal with the complex financial situation of the institution. A plan that first and foremost involves verifying the economic conditions of all existing contracts, concessions, service assignments and consultancy, in order to identify cost savings or increased revenue. This is why the municipal council (all present except councilors Cardamone and Spinelli) approved the resolution that gives the directives as requested by the Court of Auditors in resolution no. 54/2026.
