The 2025 decentralized contract of the workers of the Calabria Region council was signed this morning. Ferdinando Schipano (Fp Cgil Calabria), Walter Bloise (Uil Fpl Calabria) and Gianluca Tedesco (Cisal Csa), as well as the RSU Coordination of the Calabria Region, express deep appreciation for the result obtained.
“This is a contract – they say – that is both innovative and an improvement on the previous one in all contractual institutions. Specifically, productivity and the compensation linked to responsibility have been increased; the compensation for working conditions has more than doubled. The activation of salary differentials has been envisaged and an incentive has been introduced, as a corporate welfare tool, for those who travel to reach the various offices in the Calabria Region”.
“We have tried – they conclude – to provide answers taking into account that the salary relating to the categories of local functions is the lowest within the public administration”.
