The 20-year-old Giacomo Frasconà Filaro, accused of the murder of the 16-year-old Giuseppe Di Dio in Capizzi on the evening of last October 31st, did not answer the investigating judge’s questions but released a spontaneous statement. During the hearing to validate the arrests, which took place at the Enna prison, the boy claimed that his father Antonio and his brother Mario, who were also in custody since dawn on Sunday, were not involved in the facts, stating that the two were not aware of his intentions. Theses were also reiterated by the two relatives who instead responded to the magistrates’ questions by providing their version. The investigating judge Zelia Futura Maimone therefore confirmed the precautionary measure in prison, without opposition from the defense lawyer Felice Lo Furno.
