THE’INPS announced that it has made available for the Municipalities the final lists of beneficiaries of the Card Dedicated to You. Municipalities will be responsible for communicating to beneficiaries the allocation of the contribution and the methods for collecting the cards at post offices.

“Dedicated to You Card”: a support measure for families in difficulty

There Card Dedicated to You is a support measure aimed at families in need, intended for the purchase of basic necessities, fuel, or subscriptions to local public transport services. This measure is governed by the Interministerial Decree 4 June 2024, n. 250213. The final lists of beneficiaries have now been made available to the Municipalities, which will proceed with the communications to the interested parties.

Communications to beneficiaries and withdrawal of cards

In accordance with Article 7, paragraph 3, of the inter-ministerial decree, the Municipalities will inform the beneficiaries of the assignment of the contribution. In the case of new cardholders, the Municipalities will provide instructions on how to collect the cards at the post offices. For beneficiaries who have already received the card the previous year, the amount due will be credited to the card already assigned.

Cards must be collected at post offices by the cardholder or by a third party delegated. Only those who possess the legal requirements of “delegated subjects” of the beneficiaries, as defined by current regulations, may collect the card.

Requirements and methods for withdrawing the card

To collect the card, you must present the identification number of the assigned card, indicated by the Municipality in communications to beneficiaries. In the event of theft, loss, destruction, deterioration or malfunction of the card, you can request the issue of a duplicate at the post offices. In particular, in the event of theft, loss or destruction, the applicant must present the report to the Public Security Authorities and an identification document. In the event of deterioration or malfunction, it is sufficient to show the defective card together with an identification document.

Publication of the lists of beneficiaries

Everything is fine Commonpursuant to Article 7, paragraph 4, of DI n. 250213/2024, will publish on its website the list of beneficiaries of the card relating to its territory. The publication must comply with the legislation on the protection of personal data, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information (for example, using the ISEE protocol number). The list will be available for a minimum period of thirty days and in any case until the deadline for the first payment, set for 16 December 2024.

The measure represents an important support for Italian families in difficulty, providing them with concrete help in purchasing essential goods and basic necessities.
