Access wide open to the changing rooms of the “Mimmo Rende” stadium and limited maintenance to the whole structure. The problem does not only concern the rectangle of play, but above all the stands, the bathrooms, the locker room, the waste, the part in front of the stadium where there are supercurated areas dedicated to old and new glories of football. Too bad that a few meters, perhaps in front of the Castrovillari Calcio headquarters, the grass continues to grow undisturbed.
Just like the fate of Castrovillari Calcionow abandoned to a shipwreck that has no memory in the annals of the city’s sporting history. Adjacent to the city stadium, then, there is also the area intended for the sports hall: the surface was purchased by one of the two municipalities. Often it is also busy for recovery and maintenance. Despite the good intentions, however, the surface does not seem to bear fruit to all those intentions that have dragged since 2012, that is, when the area of the Mimmo stadium has been chosen precisely to welcome city sports.
