Local residents continue to complain about the presence of an annoying roommate, noisy in some cases, expensive for its operation, devastating for its multiple malfunctions: the system, which bypasses part of the city sewer system, does not seem to work properly, because the rain mixes a whole series of waste which, every time it pours, blocks the outflow system of the pipeline.
