In recent days, the Quaestor of Catanzaro has issued a prohibition of access to the urban centers (Dacur.) Against a 21 -year -old resident in the capital, already known to the police. The young man was surprised by the police in the parking lot of the “Le Aquile” shopping center while giving in a wrapping containing cocaine to another motorist, using a tested exchange system via window and understanding signal with the four arrows on, to indicate the exact point of the withdrawal of the substance.
During the check, the man was found in possession of two other wraps hidden in his car. He was then arrested in the act and subsequently released from the judge. The subject was already the recipient of the commissioner’s oral notice and was burdened by precedents for personal injuries and drug dealing.
In the light of its social danger and the repeated violations of the rules to protect public security, the ban on access for five years to all exercises and public places in the “Le Aquile” commercial park has been ordered. The measure, provided for by art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 14/2017, aims to protect the tranquility and safety of citizens, in particular of the families who attend the commercial area.
Compliance with the provision will be guaranteed by the video surveillance system in the area. In case of violation, the offender risks up to three years of imprisonment and a pecuniary sanction.
