Yesterday, the Mobile Team of Catanzaro performed an order of precautionary measure against a woman, severely suspended of mistreatment towards the minor son.
The provision, requested by the Prosecutor of Catanzaro and issued by the judge for preliminary investigations, he ordered the prohibition of approaching the victim with the application of the electronic bracelet and the ban on communication by any means.
The investigations started by the father’s complaint
The investigation started following the complaint filed by the father of the minor and made it possible to reconstruct a series of episodes of mistreatment which, according to what emerged, would have started in 2020 and went on over time. The procedure is currently pending in the preliminary investigation phase.
