After the alarm raised in recent days by Fistel Cisl on the possible sale of Telecontact Center by the Tim group, the story is enriched with new developments and reactions. The transfer procedure has now formally begun and the concern among the approximately four hundred workers at the Catanzaro headquarters is growing hour by hour.
The notification of the start of the procedure pursuant to art. 47 for the transfer of the business branch confirms that Telecontact, a company entirely controlled by Tim and operating in customer care for over twenty years, could merge – together with a branch of the Distribution Group – into a new company called Dna srl. The latter, according to the project presented, would continue to provide call center services also for Tim itself, but with a different corporate and contractual structure.
