On May 9, 2025, the public security police station of Catanzaro Lido carried out three application ordinances of the measure of house arrest, ordered by the judge for preliminary investigations at the Court of Catanzaro at the request of the local Prosecutor’s Office, paid by 3 people, father and two children, for the deemed existence of serious indications of guilt regarding the crime of persecutory acts e aggravated injuries against their neighbor.
The procedure was originated from the lawsuit presented on 2 May 2025 by the offended person, who at the height of yet another altercation with their own neighbors, suffered aphysical goggression by the three men who caused him injuries healed in 30 days.
The three men would have nourished towards the complainant and other neighbors a strong hatred and hostility that would have constituted the motive for overbearing and violent actions against the offended person, determining in the same a condition of anxiety and fear and inducing it to change their living habits
