Who said that the fight against climate change should only come from the decisions of large countries? The Strait City Municipality wants to do its part. As? By adopting urban planning tools capable of encouraging virtuous practices. And PAESC is one of these. The Council has in fact adopted the Action Plan for sustainable energy and the climate and activated the procedure for verifying eligibility for strategic environmental assessment. A choice that is part of a more complex path that sees the Municipality taking sometimes even uncomfortable positions such as the decision to join the zero land consumption pact which effectively prevents the construction of new buildings. With this philosophy that seeks to limit the impact of anthropization with the awareness that the risk of climate change requires planning.
