Collision between car and minivan in Capo d’Orlando, 55-year-old worker from Sant’Agata Militello dies

A 55 year old worker resident in Sant’Agata Militello, CC, died in the evening at the hospital in Sant’Agata due to injuries sustained in a road accident that occurred in the afternoon on the SS113 in the Capo d’Orlando areaA minivan traveling in the direction of Messina collided with a pick-up traveling in the opposite direction at a bend. Apparently the accident did not seem particularly serious with the driver of the pickup who was transported to the emergency room for treatment, where unfortunately he later died following the internal trauma reported. On site the Carabinieri of the Sant’Agata Militello Company, the local Police and the Anas emergency response teams.
