Cooking as a tool for social and work inclusion for vulnerable people is at the center of «Cuochi d’altri Mondi», a project launched in Cosenza which involves ten migrants from the Sai centers of Casali del Manco, Celico, Mendicino and Di “Cuochi d’altri mondo” for two months. Cooking courses for social integration are underway in Cosenza with 10 migrants from the Sai and Delfino Manico centres, managed by the Il Delfino Solidarity Centre. The initiative, hosted by the Maccaroni Chef Academy directed by Corrado Rossi, aims to promote integration, respect for diversity and valorization of cultures through cooking as a universal language. Participants, guided by expert chefs, will follow a practical and training path that will lead them to the acquisition of basic culinary skills, transforming the laboratory into a place of dialogue and meeting between different traditions. At the end of the course, days of experience in the company are planned to encourage job placement and knowledge of the main realities of the territory.
