Last Saturday evening, as part of the programmatic control services of the territory wanted and prepared by the Quaestor of the Province of Cosenza, dr. Giuseppe Cannizzaro, staff of the local PS of the PS of Corigliano-Rossano PS, jointly with the soldiers of the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza, carried out safety and massive controls in the places affected by the nightlife of the Ionian town.
With the help of staff of the Cosenza Labor Inspectorate, checks were carried out to some activities operating the administration of alcoholic beverages and the catering in order to verify compliance with the precautionary foreseen by current legislation on black work.
The inspections carried out led to issue nr. 2 (two) measures for suspension of the entrepreneurial activity, the first for the use of three out of three irregular workers (therefore a percentage of 100% of workers present), the second for the use of two irregular workers out of two (also 100% of the workers present) without, precisely, to regular hiring.
By reason of these investigations, administrative penalties have been raised for a total total of € 15,000.
In the same service, the staff employed has carried out vigilances and frequent steps in the nightlife area where numerous people were assembled in order to verify their correct performance.
