Corigliano Rossano, the car of two foreigners set on fire

Another car set on fire during the night in Corigliano Rossano. This time the fire broke out at Scalo di Rossano in the Via Roma district. Despite the night of rain and bad weather, high flames rose into the sky around 1.30am amid general concern and apprehension. A Ford S-max parked precisely in via Palermo went up in smoke. The car was found to be owned by some foreign citizens residing in the area and was destroyed before the arrival of the firefighters from the Corigliano Rossano detachment. Once the 115 men arrived on site they put out the flames and made the place safe to avoid further damage. The carabinieri from the city station in viale Sant’Angelo also intervened on the scene.
