If on the one hand the relaunch of administrative action given by the mayor, Franz Caruso, through the remodeling of the council, has created enthusiasm among the members of the majority, on the other, some choices made by the tenant of the Municipality have provoked controversial reactions.
The city club of the Democratic Party, for example, which had put forward proposals in anticipation of the reshuffle, which then fell on deaf ears, proved to be against the path undertaken at Palazzo dei Bruzi, believing that “the government experience started in 2021 is now over”. And the Board of Directors has been convened for tomorrow, with the aim of examining “the situation that has arisen at Palazzo dei Bruzi”. Seven members of the body, however, resigned yesterday, “because not in line – they specify in a note – with the decision to continue to oppose the Caruso administration”.
