Cosenza’s progress on the renewal front. The rossoblù have announced the signing of Alessandro Caporale. The Apulian centre-back, at the center of some transfer rumors already last January, has signed a new agreement with the Bruzio club. This will bind Sila until 30 June 2027. The company has reserved an option for the following twelve months. A move that removes the defender from the market, a Buscè immovable. In this championship, the former Lecco centre-back has become an extremely important pivot for the coach who only left him on the bench in the away match in Potenza against Sorrento. In the remaining matches he hasn’t missed even a minute of play: 1170 minutes in the league and 90 in the Serie C Italian Cup. Among the outfield players, he is the one who has accumulated the most minutes up to this point. The player, also a point of reference within the locker room, recently celebrated his 30th birthday.
News should also arrive shortly regarding the future of Manuel Ricciardi, who has also become an added value for Cosenza in recent months.
