The checks of military personnel continue Port Authority of Crotone as part of the operation “Sea and Lakes Safe 2024”: last weekend the state property control activity involved five bathing establishments in the municipalities of Sellia Marina, Cropani and Botricello, which led to the discovery of a series of discrepancy between the contents of the concession titles and the actual consistency of the structures. After the routine checks, we proceeded to return to public use approximately 2600 m2 of maritime state property.
In relation to the provisions of the bathing safety ordinance n. 42/2024 of the Port Authority of Crotone, in Isola Capo Rizzuto the following have been contested: 3 reports for the amount of 1032 euros eachfor the lack of a lifeguard. A further fine of the same amount was issued to a concessionaire operating along the Cropani coast for the lack of a unit intended for the lifeguard service.
