The municipal administration of Crotone has started an initiative to protect the feline colonies present in the city neighborhoods. The councilor for the environment Angela Maria De Renzo has announced the installation of signs in the areas where cats live, identified and reported by the ASP. The colonies, made up of sterilized and monitored cats, are entrusted to managers who treat their management. The first sign was installed today in the presence of the commissioner, the president of the III Commission Antonella Passalacqua, representatives of animal rights and ASP associations. In total there will be about twenty colonies identified. The commissioner thanked all the realities involved, in particular Dr. Daniela Corasaniti, municipal contact person for the prevention of stray.
