Thirteen council groups compared to ten lists that elected councilors in the city council.
Already the first inauguration session of the second council of the mayor Vincenzo Voce saw the breakdown into several groups of those lists which perhaps represented several political forces within them. Pisano Pagliaroli, for example, who ran on the mixed list between Forza Italia and Libertà è Democracy, set up the “We Moderates” group in the Chamber, of which he is also, naturally, group leader.
