«Shoot on the headquarters..», urged Mao in the midst of the cultural revolution, inviting students to overthrow the then leaders of the Chinese Communist Party. A slogan (despite the abysmal differences to keep in mind between the two contexts), which seems to be borrowed (naturally as a metaphor!!!) by those who (candidates for the latest regional and militant elections) have accused the current leaders of the Crotone Democratic Party for the “meager” result achieved in the Crotone province and in the Pythagorean city by the party which is also heir to the communist tradition which in these latitudes has for decades dictated law at the ballot box.
