The possibility of collecting 10 million euros for the alleged tax damage that would have been caused by the “Serravalle Energy”, the company that manages Centrale biomass of Cutro, for having unduly received public contributions by the energy services manager, fades for the state. This was sentenced by the jurisdictional section of the Court of Auditors of Calabria. Which, declaring inadmissible the act of summons of the accounting prosecutor for instructive errors, has exonerated Carmine Serravalle, the legal representative of the “Serravalle Energy”, and the company itself.
