The Calabria Region informs that the opening of the online platform for the submission of applications relating to the public notice “Expensive Fuel for road transport companies” has been postponed to 10:00 on 18 November 2026.
The decision was taken following requests received from companies and trade associations in the road haulage sector, with particular reference to the report formulated by Fedralog, represented by Mario Pansini, who highlighted some critical issues related to the complexity of the documentation requested and the time required for the correct preparation of the requests.
Fedralog, in representing the needs of companies in the sector, has also expressed its willingness to collaborate with the Calabria Region and with Fincalabra, making its experience available in the management of procedures for accessing public contributions, in order to encourage an operational discussion on the methods of participation and possible simplifications of obligations.
Further needs emerged during the discussions with the association “manifestation of interest in Humanity and Society – Department of Transport and Business”, in conjunction with the technical table promoted by “Astra – Transport Association”.
The Calabria Region, acknowledging the observations made by the associations, therefore deemed it appropriate to grant an additional period to allow the economic operators and professionals in charge of examining the documentation and correctly preparing the applications, encouraging the widest participation of the interested companies.
The platform will be accessible starting from 10:00 on 18 November 2026 and will remain operational until the publication of the notice of closure of the branch due to exhaustion of available resources.
All other provisions set out in the public notice approved with Ddg n. remain confirmed. 18546 of 30 October 2026, as well as the related attachments and operational documentation.
The deferral represents the result of the discussion between the regional Administration and the sector representatives, in the common desire to make the measure concretely accessible to the greatest possible number of companies, while ensuring the correct carrying out of the procedure.
