On the one hand there is the need to guarantee order and decoration, on the other the need to cope with the endemic deficiency of sepulchral places. This is the dual objective that prompted the leaders of Palazzo dell’Aquila to accelerate the acquisition activity to the municipal heritage of several cemetery stations.
The bad state of conservation and the abandonment of several tombs would “unmotivating” the Municipality of several resources “unmotivated”, as well as returning a bad image of a place where a widespread sense of care and order should prevail. Hence the decision to proceed with the acquisition of several stations, after the posting of specific notices both at the entrance of the cemetery of the Center and in the online praetorian register of the Municipality of Patti and on the website of the local authority. Since no observation has been received over the thirty canonical days, it was therefore decided to resume full possession of the stations in an evident state of abandonment.
