Two acquittals and four convictions in the “Random” trial, the investigation that had framed an alleged drug gang that operated in a recreational club in the heart of the city. The Court of Appeal of Reggio (president Antonio Scortecci, judge advisors Teresa Valeria Grieco and Francesco Alligo) excluded any responsibility and fully acquitted “for not having committed the crime” Annunziata Elisabetta Foti (defended by the lawyer Carmelo Malara) and Antonia Condello (defended by the lawyer Attilio Parrelli). Four sentences: Mansour Mbengue, 6 years and 11 months in prison; Giuseppe Campicelli, 6 years, nine months and 20 days; Luca Adornato, 7 years 5 months and 20 days; Davide Divino, 8 years and 9 months in prison. All sentences had been reduced due to the shortened procedure chosen by the defendants.
