“To complete our activities it is necessary first of all to start from the reorganization of the municipal offices. We need better management of internal resources, without forgetting the strengthening of the office computerization process”. This is how Melangela Scolaro, candidate for mayor of South Calls North, expresses her opinion on the reorganization of the administrative machinery.

“This is an absolute priority for us – declares Scolaro – but we cannot limit ourselves to just changes to the organizational chart or redistribution of skills. We absolutely must intervene on the administrative functioning, understanding where the practices stop but also where the skills are dispersed”.

Great attention is also paid to the organisation’s staff: “A decisive chapter is that of personnel. In a context marked by staffing limits and hiring freezes, the valorisation of human resources becomes even more crucial. We must invest in training, in the acquisition of skills and in targeted technical reed air. Those who work at the Municipality must be put in the best possible condition to be able to do it in the best possible way”. “The municipality – concludes Scolaro – as a body must respond promptly to the needs of the city and we will be able to do so. Rebuilding the administrative machine means restoring functionality to our body, not in an extraordinary way but through regular administrative action”.
