The lawyer Giuseppe Siracusano, 48 years old, could be the only candidate for mayor in the next administrative elections of May 24th and 25th in the municipality of Malfa, on the island of Salina. The professional from Messina, former vice mayor during the mayorship of Dr. Clara Rametta, who died prematurely on 15 August last year, from what transpires, would run alone and against the quorum, as no one among the citizens of Malfa seems willing to block his path.
Some names that came out in recent days have been returned in a short period of time and, at the moment, there are no other candidacies for the leadership of the Municipality on the horizon. Siracusano, among other things, should count on a cohesive team that, together with him, moves on the path traced by the historic first citizen Clara Rametta.
