But why “Even”?
«The film is called Even, which is the opposite of snow, it is set in the 90s, in the past and all the scenes with snow were filmed in Silvana Mansio. The rest, 70 percent, is set in the present and filmed in Cosenza and Rende. It is a psychological drama with some shades of crime and thriller. It tells the story of two women who intertwine between the past and the present: a female figure. Marisol is inspired by Roberta Lanzino, the other, Giulia, by a modern-day girl who spends her life having fun but suddenly suffers rape. Marisol will be found raped and murdered in the snow. After the sexual abuse, Giulia will attend an anti-violence foundation and will become passionate about Marisol’s story. The latter’s killer will not be identified and the crime will go unpunished.”
But who are the interpreters? Martina Chiappetta, a young actress from Montalto Uffugo, is Marisol; Federica Pagliaroli, Roman actress, plays Giulia while Simona Cavallari and Massimo Bonetti have the roles of Marisol’s mother and father. who name the anti-violence foundation in which Giulia will become involved after their daughter.
