Explosion in Russia at the Kopeysk plant: twelve victims

The death toll from the explosion at a factory in Kopeysk, in the Chelyabinsk region (2500 kilometers east of Kiev), has risen from 10 to 12. This was announced by the regional governor Alexey Teksler on his Telegram channel, cited by Tass.
«The death toll has risen to 12. We are trying to locate another 10 employees. The Ministry of Emergency Situations continues search operations on site”, reads the statement. Previously, citing local authorities, it was reported that 10 people had died and 19 others were injured following the explosion.

According to Teksler, there is no evidence of a drone attack. The Investigative Commission has opened a criminal case for violation of workplace safety regulations.
