Max Verstappen, fifth in the Las Vegas GP, won the 2024 Formula 1 world championship, winning his fourth consecutive title at the wheel of Red Bull. The Dutchman only needed to finish the GP ahead of Lando Norris’s McLaren, sixth at the finish line, to guarantee himself the triumph with two races to spare.

George Russell on Mercedes won the Las Vegas GP, the third to last round of the 2024 Formula 1 world championship. The Briton beat his teammate Lewis Hamilton to the finish line and the Ferraris of Carlos Sainz, third, and Charles Leclerc, fourth.
