The judge of the Court of Lamezia Terme rejected the request to revoke the coercive precautionary measure against the brothers Gregory, Pasquale and Giovan Battista Lillo Odoardi, as well as for Davide Francesco Trunzo (worker of Gregorio Odoardi), protagonists of the brawl that took place last July 9th in the warehouse of the well-known Campodorato winery in Nocera Terinese. The judge had ordered them to be prohibited from approaching each other, with the application of the electronic bracelet, and from the places usually frequented by each of them (including land, buildings and the warehouse located in contrada Campodorato n. 35 and in the Macchie area of the Municipality of Nocera Terinese). The judge, however, ordered the revocation of the electronic bracelet for Pasquale Lillo Odoardi, a doctor at the hospital in Lamezia, who was able to remove the bracelet, following the request presented by his lawyer, Pino Spinelli.

A story, that of the Odoardi brothers, that has been dragging on for years and is linked to the division of the company’s assets. A the issue escalated into a furious argument on July 9, so much so that two of the brothers had to seek emergency care. In the coercive measure order, the judge highlighted that “this is a fight in which both opposing groups committed aggression against each other. This can be deduced not only from the complaints filed, which do not appear genuine in the part in which they attempt to accredit how one group was in fact the victim of the aggression of the other, but also and above all from the statements made by individuals who were not participants in the fight: on the one hand, a witness who claimed that Trunzo and Gregorio Odorardi had hit Giovan Battista; on the other hand, another witness asserted that Pasquale Odoardi had attacked Gregorio”.
