Fiorentina proves unstoppable, defeating Como 2-0 and finding their seventh consecutive success: Palladino thus joins Inter and Atalanta at the top of Serie A with 28 points, awaiting Napoli-Roma. Slow pace in the first few minutes at Sinigaglia, with the hosts trying to gather courage and attack despite the many absences. Fabregas, who has called up several Primavera teams, deploys Alberto Moreno high and relies on Cutrone: his the first chance, de Gea is attentive. In Como’s best moment, however, a cynical Fiorentina passes: Beltran makes the save, Adli hits a missile from outside the area and it’s 1-0 in the 19th minute. Kean comes close to scoring an encore in the final minutes, hitting the outside of the net, but Como also has its chances: Nico Paz inspires Cutrone, who acrobatically shoots high. We go to half-time at 1-0 for the Viola and Fabregas reacts: Iovine comes on, Como passes to a three and raises the center of gravity. It was the newcomer who made the charge and the Larians came close to scoring in the 60th minute: double miraculous saves by de Gea on Goldaniga and Barba.

The goalkeeper is a factor, because Fiorentina strikes a few minutes later: a low cross from Sottil and a first-time shot from Kean, who catches Audero on the counterattack. The goals of the former Juventus player rise to nine, as he catches Thuram behind Retegui (12 goals) and confirms himself in great condition. Fiorentina takes off and even comes close to scoring a trio with Ikoné, and then takes refuge in the final: Cutrone and Verdi scare the very attentive De Gea. In the final minutes Ikoné came very close to scoring on the restart and Como were left with ten men: Dossena slapped Adli and the inevitable expulsion in the 91st minute, with the center back missing Monza. There are no other emotions at Sinigaglia, who witnesses the new defeat of his favorites: Como remains at 10 points and risks slipping into the last three positions. Raffaele Palladino’s Fiorentina, on the other hand, is smiling toothily: 28 points in 13 matches and momentary leadership of the standings. An increasingly rosy ranking for the Viola, who keep pace with Inter and Atalanta in the name of Moise Kean.

One point and one goal each. Turin and Monza do not go beyond the 1-1, Djuric responded to Masina’s goal: the red and whites do not remove themselves from the quicksand and still remain at 9 points, in the relegation zone, while the granatas instead rise to 15 (but the victory missing now for four rounds). Boos at the end of the match for Vanoli’s men: the Maratona curve harshly contested the ownership for the results obtained. It was a rough match at the Olimpico Grande Torino stadium, with a high pace and several errors by both teams. The first ring was from Daniel Maldini, but the red and white attacker was blocked by Milikovic-Savic. The response from the hosts came with Coco, the central defender tried to head past Turati, but Pablo Marì saved on the line. In the first half there were few opportunities for both sides, in the second half there was no lack of nervousness. In the 14th minute the Granata found the lead following a corner, Masina was able to anticipate the Brianza defense with a great header. There wasn’t even time to celebrate and Monza, after just four minutes, found the 1-1 goal: a practically photocopy action with Djuric who managed to break away higher than anyone else. Then the emotions are different. First Gineitis devoured the opening goal: he kicked diagonally but Turati managed to block the shot. Then many protests from Nesta’s team after a hand touch from Coco in their own area: the match director Abisso did not sanction the defender because the hand was attached to the body. Good point for the hosts; Monza, on the other hand, is suffering, still stuck in the dangerous zone of the rankings.
