Sandro Abate's final sprint prevented Piroxy from achieving victory (4-4) but not salvation: Brand and his associates have obtained mathematical permanence in Serie A with one round to spare. The Cosenza team tried to break the deadlock with Felipinho, then Sandro Abate, who confirmed she has good individuality, was more incisive when she drilled Del Ferraro with a powerful free kick from Guilherme Gaio Gui (5'39''). After a phase favorable to the Avellino team, Tuoto's team returned to pushing in search of an equalizer but twice the opponent's goal was bewitched by Titon.
