He dealt drugs inside the Biodiversity Park. A 19-year-old resident in the capital was hit by a Prohibition of Access to Urban Centers (DACUr.) order, issued by the Police Commissioner of Catanzaro, after having been stopped in recent days by agents of the Flying Squad and the Flying Squad of the UPGSP while he was delivering some doses of hashish to a group of minors.

During the check, the police found other doses ready for sale and a precision scale. He was arrested in flagrante delicto and subsequently released by the Judicial Authority.

Considering the social danger of the subject and the possibility that he could repeat the same conduct, the Anti-Crime Division proposed the application of the DACUr., which prohibits the young person from accessing the Biodiversity Park and the public establishments located within it for four years. In case of violation of the provision, penalties of up to three years of imprisonment and fines are foreseen.
