Four points on the agenda and above all five pieces (the first) to be placed in the mosaic of the new Regional Council. Formally, everything is ready at Palazzo Campanella for the first session of the assembly elected on 4 and 5 October, but secretly the political agreements are still to be closed.
The new council having been formalized and already at work, and awaiting the expansion to nine councillors, the centre-right majority is now concentrated on other fronts. And if there is now a definitive indication regarding the future Prime Minister, the game still seems very open regarding the deputy (another position goes to the minority). But times are tight: the inauguration session with the votes is on Tuesday.
Forza Italia has already placed its “hat” on the presidency in the negotiations on the Council: Salvatore Cirillo will lead the assembly in the 13th legislature, personally wanted by the Italian regional coordinator Francesco Cannizzaro.
