As the approval of the consolidated financial statements approaches, the topic of hiring becomes hot again. Yes, because after the approval by the council in the last week of September, the definitive passage to the city council is still missing which, in theory, should have already taken place by September 30th itself. As the legislation reminds us, in the event of failure to approve within the further 30 days following the deadline, the hiring freeze would be triggered. Hypothesis, clearly, more than distant for the current municipal administration which, as we know, is operating in continuity with the old council on hiring and given the atavistic stalemate in staff, for years the real main cause of the lack of administrative and civic take-off.
