On the day of Ciro Immobile’s return as an opponent in the Biancoceleste Olimpico, Lazio and Bologna did not go beyond a 1-1 draw. In the end, however, the one who has the advantage in the regrets account is the Italiano’s team, unable towards the end to exploit their numerical superiority from the 79th minute due to the red card to Gila. The match at the Olimpico therefore ends with the signing of the Danish forwards on the pitch: Isaksen and Odgaard. They are the ones who warm the goalkeepers’ gloves at the start. In the 15th minute Ravaglia saves the result on Isaksen after an error by Casale. Similar situation, but on the opposite front in the 30th minute: Marusic gives the ball to Odgaard who however finds opposition from Provedel. In the 38th minute the result broke the deadlock: Isaksen deposited it into the net after an initial clearance by Ravaglia following Zaccagni’s previous shot. However, the Biancoceleste advantage lasts very little. And in the 40th minute Nuno Tavares had a bad night (previously booked for a bad foul on Orsolini and replaced at half-time). The Portuguese suffers the tunnel from Zortea who arrives to kick: Provedel deflects onto the post, but Odgaard is quicker than Gila in reaching for the tap in.
Ravaglia’s show begins in the second half. In the 62nd minute the rossoblù goalkeeper denied the goal first to Guendouzi and then to Cancellieri. Ten minutes later other interventions on a deflected shot by the French midfielder and then on a header by Noslin. The turning point of the match comes in the 79th minute: Gila is first booked for a harsh challenge on Castro, then receives a red card for a few too many words addressed to referee Fabbri. However, Lazio manages their inferiority very well, closing off any space for the Italian team. Lazio at 19 points in the standings. Bologna at 25. For Ciro Immobile only bench in his special match.
