As part of the “high impact” extraordinary services, ordered by the Quaestor of the Province of Cosenza and coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the State Police carried out checks in the neighboring municipalities in the capital. During these activities, a young resident in Mendicino was arrested for detention for drug dealing purposes.
During a home search, the agents of the mobile team found, in the subject’s bedroom, 528 grams of hashish divided into loaves. During the operation, the young man returned to the house and, subjected to check, was found in possession of an electronic precision balance, seized by the agents. The young man was placed under house arrest.
