Road accident in the early afternoon today along Provincial Road 35 to Pezzolo, where a collision between a car and a moped occurred around 1.15pm. According to initial reconstructions, the moped was traveling downhill on the road, while the car proceeded uphill, when the impact occurred for reasons still under investigation.
Two boys were traveling on the moped, one of them a minor. Both were rescued by 118 healthcare personnel and transported to the Polyclinic for treatment. Fortunately their conditions do not cause particular concern: they would have suffered some fractures, but nothing serious.
The police also intervened on site to carry out the necessary investigations and clarify the exact dynamics of the accident.
