On May 7 at the Vittorio Emanuele theater awards for important representatives of Italian fashion and young talents, in an intertwining of art, elegance and future vision.
Presented today at Palazzo Zanca da Patrizia Casale, creator and organizerin the presence of the mayor of the Councilor for Great Events Massimo Finocchiaro, the third edition of the Me Fashion Award, to be held on Wednesday 7 May at 20.00 at the Vittorio Emanuele Theater in Messina.
The event, sponsored by the Municipality of Messina, by the Chamber of Commerce, Confartigianato and Sicindustria of Messina, will be created with the organizational support by the municipal administration and conceived and edited by Patrizia Casale, “Owner” of E-Motion.
The event also enjoys the patronage of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion.
This year the prize celebrates Made in Italy through the fashion valuesculture, inclusion, sustainability and innovation, also giving space to the Messina excellence that have distinguished themselves nationally.
“The municipal administration led by the mayor Federico Basile, supporting and coorning initiatives such as Me Fashion Award, concretely demonstrates – underlined the commissioner for great events Massimo Finocchiaro – his commitment to young people and the enhancement of Italian excellence. Messina is once again confirmed as a center of culture and creativity, capable of accommodating prestigious events that promote fashion as a form of art and innovation.
The evening will be presented by Elenoire Casalegno Actress and presenter of many Rai and Mediaset programs. Among the guests the professional dancer Samuel Peron Present in many editions of Ballando with the Stars who together with Veera Kinnunen will dance on a song taken from his theatrical tour Historia and the Messina singer Alberto Ursotenor and multi -instrumentalist, winner of Amici 2019, of which his new single will soon be released.
Important personalities who will receive the Me Fashion Award: Guillermo Mariotto For his extraordinary career as creative director of the Maison Gattinoni and for his haute couture that bears his name and who will present in the parade at the Vittorio Emanuele Theater. Together with him, Stefano Dominella, honorary president of Gattinoni; Francesco Martini Coveri, artistic director of the Maison Coveri, who will present the book “Enrico Coveri – The King of Colors” with the fashion journalist Paola Cacianti, and a selection of iconic garments on the catwalk, Martino Midali, a designer of consolidated style for over forty years in Made in Italy and author of significant inclusive and social initiatives, oriented to the spread of a democratic fashion.
A focus on sustainability will be developed with the fashion designer Green and Upcycling, (creative reuse of the fabrics) Mary Serah Koroma responsible for the workshops of the “Cover” project promoted with Messina Servizi.
The prize will then be awarded to the young tanned brand, of the designer Elena Lenardonfor its innovative line of accessible beachwear. An exclusive photographic shooting set in Capo Peloro, with the Content Creator Messina Claudia Russo, will tell the brand’s summer and artistic soul from a unique place in the world.
The Me Fashion Award will also host Mauro Scalia, Messina, Head of Celebrities of Dsquared2, who has created an exclusive dress inspired by the statue of the Madonna of Messina’s Madonna on a fashion doll, which wants to be a unique tribute to his city.
Among the winners, the Light Designer Messina Danilo La Rosa, a professional appreciated in important events and international fashion shows.
In the sign of continuity, with the presence of the media director and Startup Italia events, the Messinese Chiara Trombetta, the ME Fashion Award will welcome some young fashion -fashioned Startups to Messina who combine creativity, ecological materials and innovative technologies and one of them symbolically will be elected winning.
Guests of the Me Fashion Award also Manua & Nello Mastroeni with the new single of the singer entitled “Amunì” And a special version of the iconic “Mokarta” song of the Kunsertu, the Glorius4s4 that will present the video clip of a rewriting of “But what idea” of Pino d’Angiò, directed by Vincenzo Tripodo, who sees the participation of Mario Crescenzo dei Neri by chance, finally an ecliptic artist, will give a performance that will found dance, emotion and beauty.
Finally, the E. Basile artistic high school will be present, which will create the drawing for the stylists’ prizes, The Academy of Fine Arts of Reggio Calabria with which a creative exchange beyond the bank was created, the iis Amjaci and the IIS Verona Trento whose students will be included in some organizational stages of the event.
