The Carabinieri of the Francavilla di Sicilia station, in collaboration with the Labor Inspectorate Unit of Messina, they carried out an inspection in a company that operates in the field of excursions. The military denounced the legal representative who allegedly failed to draw up the risk assessment document, to subject employees to suitable training and information regarding safety in the workplace and to subject the workers to a preventive medical examination. Furthermore, the presence of two illegal workers and one self-employed worker employed without prior notification of start-up was noted. Administrative sanctions totaling 41,700 euros were therefore contested and the temporary suspension of entrepreneurial activity was ordered in case of failure to regularize within the established deadlines.
