The new judicial “vein” concerning the discussed corporate management of Messina opens different scenarios for the future of the club that returned to Serie D after 4 seasons on the field.
On June 10, the hearing is scheduled before the judge of the first Civil-Fallimentare Section of the Court chaired by Ugo Scavuzzo, who will have to pronounce on the request for judicial liquidation (the old bankruptcy). What can happen? Contempted several and consequential hypotheses will then be the sporting reflections.
Three possibilities, one or more shareholders could present themselves by committing themselves to weld the Mount debt to avoid the start of the procedures, or ask for a composition with creditors, that is, a “controlled” path to accompany the company out of the crisis.
Conversely, taking the path of “modern” judicial liquidation, a bankruptcy trustee would be appointed. In fact, it would replace the current “ghost” properties by Aad Invest and Pietro Sciotto, who recently collected defaults and consequently was considered by the prosecutors no longer in the conditions of being able to carry out the club management permanently. A “technician” who would have the primary objective of the protection of creditors, in this case called (if they show up) to meet in the committee to endorse the decisions.
