The “Antonello” Higher Education Institute of Messina, led by Daniela Pistorino triumphs at the Sicilian stage of the national competition dedicated to Vittorio Bartyan which took place at the Institute. “Ugo Mursia” by Carini. An event of high educational value, created to promote the art of ice cream making among young people, stimulate their creativity and introduce them to the world of ice cream. The students tried their hand at preparing, decorating and presenting a plated ice cream, preparing a crepe with ice cream and preparing a cocktail with ice cream.
