The “Antonello” Higher Education Institute of Messina, led by Daniela Pistorino triumphs at the Sicilian stage of the national competition dedicated to Vittorio Bartyan which took place at the Institute. “Ugo Mursia” by Carini. The students tried their hand at preparing, decorating and presenting a plated ice cream, preparing a crepe with ice cream and preparing a cocktail with ice cream.
